If you are using the Google File Stream client on Windows or macOS, you must update to the new Google Drive for Desktop client before May 18th. The Google File Stream client will stop syncing data with Google Drive after that date.
The Google File Stream client desktop icon is a white triangle with a blue background. The Google Drive for Desktop client is a multicolored triangle with no background.
To complete the update, click the app notification popup asking you to upgrade, or see the Drive for Desktop client installation instructions on our website. If you have questions or need assistance please contact the Help Desk.
